It’s nice to see they practice what they preach considering it is such a challenging hot yoga class. Every time I take class at radiant I have a massive serotonin boost for the rest of the day!!

Her Ra Strength is a perfect blend of vinyasa and strength exercises, without being too cardio heavy (I prefer this when it comes to a strength / yoga blend class). I love how this studio seems to keep the vibe leaning more toward traditional yoga vs the modern classes that you often see which, to me, feel more like a HIIT class than yoga. Lastly, both instructors I have taken make sure you know it’s your class and it’s “even okay to sleep if that’s what you need” - I love it. 💯

se alle anmeldelserSummer was lovely and so welcoming and the studio is awesome. The class in general was pretty different than what I was expecting as someone who has done a lot of hot yoga. Pretty intense and loud music so be prepared if your looking for more of a zen class this might not be the best but if you’re looking to sweat and get your HR up listening to techno definitely check it out this class was definitely a vibe!!

I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶

My HIIT bootcamp of 6 yrs closed recently, and that place made me drip to where I felt like I worked out good for the day. Moving to this area I was so happy to find this place. It’s similar exercises, reps, counts, and coaching to make you sweat and adequately work the muscle groups. Will be back again and again!
