se alle anmeldelserAlex was amazing:) he is clearly very knowledgeable and really guides you through the process. He targeted some really sore spots on my upper back and it helped so much. The only thing I would say is that there was no debrief afterwards- I was expecting some kind of information or to be told some exercises or posture changes I could do to help my tension. Other than this, I highly recommend him and will definitely book again.
