They went above and beyond to ensure I was doing the yoga poses correctly, which made the session even more enjoyable and effective. The studio was fully equipped with everything I needed for a great yoga session—towels, blocks, and stretching straps were all provided. To top it off, they offered complimentary lavender cool rags at the end, which was such a refreshing and thoughtful touch. The ambiance was perfect—calming and serene, creating the ideal environment for relaxation and focus. My overall experience was a 10/10, and I highly recommend Red Skies Yoga to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive yoga studio. I will definitely be returning!

My first time meeting her was like catching up with an old friend which made me feel so comfortable and confident in the studio! I took the Weights & Yoga Sculpt class and it was hands down the best workout class I’ve ever taken! It pushed me and targeted so many muscle groups with modifications to assist with any injuries, as well, as options to challenge yourself further with additional weights. The infrared heating at the end with yoga and stretching was the perfect way to end the workout and start my day with great intentions! I will most definitely be taking this class every Saturday morning!
