They provided multiple cold towels which was definitely a bonus! A very nice cool down session with relaxing stretches towards the end. 10/10 would recommend! The instructor opened it with a question to get to know your other members and it was a refreshing change from the fast paced studios out in town with quick turnovers. Did not feel rushed not one bit.
