The trainers were incredibly welcoming and made sure I understood the basics before jumping into the workout. The session was well-paced, with a good mix of technique drills, strength training, and cardio, so it kept me challenged but not overwhelmed.

It was fantastic! The combination of high-intensity interval training with kickboxing techniques made for an incredibly engaging workout. The class was fast-paced and kept me on my toes, with a great mix of cardio, strength, and skill-building. The instructor was energetic and motivating, ensuring everyone was pushing their limits while maintaining proper form.
