Setelahnya tubuh betul-betul relax even sampai H+1. Thanks to Coach Adhelia untuk sesinya yang sangat memuaskan 👍 Fasilitas lengkap dengan 2 kamar mandi, 1 separate toilet, ada juga multiple changing rooms (seperti ruang coba baju di toko), lockers, hairdryers dan catokan, skincare juga ada. Lokasinya pun mudah dijangkau (jalan dari MRT Blok M). All in all I’m very happy to be able to do this session ☺️
