se alle anmeldelserI’ve been taking pole classes at various studios, on and off, for 3 years. I would describe myself as an “Advanced Level 1 student” because I have had a few setbacks. This was one of the more challenging pole conditioning classes I have taken, and it was amazing! Alyssa is very sweet and encouraging. The class kicked my butt, but I stayed strong throughout. If you have pole experience and are looking to build your strength, this is the class for you.

I felt fully confident that the rigging could take my weight and was so excited to be able to fully participate in the class. Aileen was a great instructor and kept checking in on me and gave me adjustments. I will def be back to get stronger!

I’m a beginner to hammock and the instructor was able to help myself and every student with personalized instruction as to how to complete all the moves.
