When I first arrived, she took time to explain the tools she would use for the myofascial massage and that she also incorporates the grasson technique and tools. I sit a desk job 8-10 hours a day and she worked magic. The tension in my neck and shoulders evaporated from my body. The saunas are all small, fitting maybe 2-6 people. The wood on the benches is a bit rough, so definitely bring a towel or use the provided bathtubs to sit on. I also would love bags provided for wet swimsuits (as of course they are required) and combs to use post-shower. The customer service was lovely, and I felt at ease and welcomed immediately. A lovely little addition to the neighborhood!
