Beautiful space. Quiet, clean and calming. I enjoyed the class a lot. Alignment and posture were the highlight in the class. The poses initially looked easy, but Maniam emphasized on where to focus on and then, the pose just felt different (in a good way), you become aware of the “should-be” activated muscles instead of just doing.
