se alle anmeldelserHad an amazing session with Lara today! We did some deep stretches which were a lot more intense than what I can normally achieve on my own. Lara was really attentive to particular areas of tension and gave me personalised and very helpful feedback and advice about areas I could focus on and stretch more, which I really appreciated - thank you! My body was extremely tight before the session but feels much better after. I find these more effective than normal massages and would probably benefit from going more regularly. hope to be back soon!
