    Small Group PT - Squat & Pull

    Raz was really friendly and made me feel welcome. The small PT class size meant that he could adjust our forms/techniques when needed but the whole focus wasn’t entirely on you, which was a relief. Raz suggested heavier weights than I would have picked for myself but turns out he was right and I could do them! I think the class helped me with technique and pushing my perceived limits a bit which is exactly what I wanted. I’ll choose even heavier weights next time. Thanks a lot Raz!

    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

    Love any class with Santa! I love her ethos in all her classes about focusing on oneself and not comparing to others. It’s a beginner friendly class in that she often gives alternatives, but I might find it difficult if I’d never done yoga before. Also great for more advanced yogis in that it goes back to the basics of what a vinyasa class should be and is great for building strength and balance. She’s been incorporating time for more advanced poses like crow and wheel.
