    Great instructors, great workout, always intimidating trying a new gym but it was easy to follow instructions and a straight forward workout if you have any experience in the gym! Also would be good for beginners as instructors as helpful and there are videos of the the moves.

    Sweet kind instructors, Great full body workout! linear & easy to follow along . — there were a lot of doosies in the music playlist. Some good but it was overall real bad and i’m sorry to say that. A more music inclined person on the team would be helpful to curate some more cool stuff. (just not top 40 pop remixes thet change every 20 seconds;)

    I showed up to this workout expecting to not break a sweat, and boy was I wrong!! What a great workout! Instructor was great, music was great. Space is a bit small and doesn’t have the best lighting imo, but not a big deal. That workout was killer and I’ll definitely be back for more!

    Anna was a wonderful instructor! She was friendly, gave clear instructions, and helped adjust form while giving equal attention to the participants. The small group atmosphere of the workout is truly so valuable. A great studio!

    Great trainer, didnt push me like a sergeant but was encouraging/thorough. Great space. The moves were exactly what i’d want in a corcuit — a lot of ‘back body’ movements which is an area hard to target, such as lats/hams/glutes. A+ !
