Killer class! I discovered Carl's classes at another studio just before he moved to KXU and am glad to finally have made it to one of his classes here - the intensity really took me back to his Reshape sessions, I was constantly working just at my limits. Carl is a fantastic teacher and I hope to come back for more of his classes soon!
