Zak was phenomenal, helped me deepen each pose with ways to modify or push further and also provided hands on assist as I welcomed a deeper stretch to my back. I realized my external rotators and shoulder girdle is what I need to continue to release and stretch with the cool binding techniques he introduced . Very happy with the class and will be attending again!!!

se alle anmeldelserI had the most wonderful experience at Mind-Body Knox for the aerial restorative yoga class taught by Nicole. Her voice is incredibly soothing and immediately put me at ease—she is truly a beautiful teacher with such a calm, grounding presence. The class was intentionally and thoughtfully planned from start to finish, blending gentle movement, supported restorative poses in the hammocks, and deep rest. The sound bath woven into the class was absolutely divine. The layered tones and vibrations created a wave of peace that carried me into the deepest relaxation I’ve felt in a long time. The space itself is stunning—warm, serene, and visually beautiful, perfect for healing and reset. It was a little tricky to find on the first visit, so I recommend putting the address directly into your GPS before heading out. I left feeling renewed, centered, and deeply cared for. I can’t wait to purchase a class pack and explore more of their offerings in the future. Highly, highly recommend. 💛🕊️

se alle anmeldelserIt was alittle hard to find but when you approach the church, it’s on the right side of the building. I wish there was alittle more details in the caption on how to navigate the building but the class was amazing! I was completely new and the instructor was very easy to follow. The class is basically hot yoga and floor pilates!
