I was surprised to see how easy it was to follow her direction (given that this was my first class ever) but yeah loved it. & Ashley’s v accommodating to folks in the classroom.

se alle anmeldelserWas an amazing class! Very relaxing. But if you’re looking for a complete Pilates, many exercises and burning class, is not for you. You should try the reformer! The teacher is very welcoming and helpful. Super recommend!!!!

The class, music, and workout routine was exactly what I expected a spinning class to be! She totally delivered!! I burned 500 calories in 50 minutes.The gym is clean, boasting pilate,yoga, and a kickboxing studio! There are so many options for cardio and weight training.
