I’ve been coming now for about a month. I’m obsessed with this workout. She’s very educated on form and knows where to build muscle in areas you want to build the muscle and tone the areas you want to be more lean. I’ve brought so many friends who love it too. The mindful cardio in the beginning has helped so much with my choreography skills lol. Don’t be intimidated it’s a must try.
