se alle anmeldelserLoved it. Shelby has great energy and flow with the whole class. Had a great time being reminded to vary the speed to kind of make each movement my own. Never would I be able to do this at home with this kind of focus & efficiency. Loved how Shelby prepares us for anything ahead of time (even if music changes) and repeats combos multiple times while we recover. I also loved her reminders to exhale throughout class, connecting our breath with each movement. Class went by super quick and definitely bringing my boyfriend next time!

I kept getting calls at the very end of my session and that kind of threw me off a bit. Lesson learned! Thank you Luz for a wonderful session!
