Good as always, but this was definitely not a beginners class nor was any instruction given to those that were struggling with the advanced combos. Ended up doing an arm workout after class at home bc it felt like we barely boxed at all, just kicking and lower body.

The full body class I took this evening was amazing and it truly kicked my butt!! I was looking for a good cardio session and this one exceeded my expectations. The instructors were fun, but they also made sure you pushed hard to achieve personal goals. Thank you, ladies! I'll be back!
