The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

se alle anmeldelserVeronica was amazing. The community felt very nice. I wish they told you to bring a yoga mat which I know sounds obvious, but I wish there was a reminder. I also wish there was a disclaimer for people who have never done yoga that this is not a beginner, friendly class.
