I really liked the instructor, but it was at times confusing as a beginner when basing movements on just her words and looking around at others while people did different modifications. Great experience and would love to come back!

se alle anmeldelserTHIS CLASS WAS SO FUN. Loud music, low lights, the coach Danie was sooo lively and fun. I’ve been trying out different classes with class pass and this class is hands down in my top 3 favs. I almost didn’t book because I’m not that into cycling but I am so happy I did. I definitely recommend this class!

se alle anmeldelserI feel that the class description was misleading. It described a full 50 min workout for all levels and the instructor would offer modifications and amplifications. The class instead did not feel like a full class – it was a demo where the class sat and watched, then we would spend a few minutes in the movement. Then back to another demo watching. Would be a great class for beginners, and the instructor was great, but wish the class description was more accurate.
