This instructor made me feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adjusts the class to be inclusive. Everyone was kind and supportive. Also, word of advice, come prepared and dressed to work out. The space is limited, there are no lockers, and not much space to set your stuff down.

se alle anmeldelserLoved the class, I got a good workout in. Did a drop in since I’m out of state. This place got amazing reviews and decided to try it out and didn’t disappoint! Kru was very friendly and knew when to correct me. I learned a TON in that 1 hour class. Will come back!!

It was fast paced, comfortable, accommodating and everyone there showed up to work!Eddie was incredible and I would highly recommend for most people to give it a try.
