Sure, it’s a bit sketchy, but once inside it’s actually a very nice atmosphere. The space is huge, the reformers are new and the instructor I had was kind and knowledgeable. The flow was slow and deep and it was just what my muscles needed. Do not hesitate to go (maybe during daylight hours) :)

I could feel muscles I didn’t even realize I had, especially my core and hips. It’s not the kind of workout that leaves you drenched in sweat, but it’s a deep, controlled burn that really makes you focus on breathing and body alignment. What I loved most is how it feels gentle on the body but still incredibly effective. There’s a lot of stretching, strengthening, and control all at once. After class, I felt lighter, taller, and more aligned — like my whole body had been “reset.” The instructor was super attentive and helped adjust my form throughout the class, which made me feel really safe as a beginner. It was challenging, but not overwhelming at all. Honestly didn’t expect to like it this much… but now I already want to go back 🤍
