I’m definitely out of shape and am a true beginner but that’s not an issue as everyone is really friendly and encouraging and because the class size is fairly small, the instructors always have tips to make things slightly easier or to up the challenge. It really is for all levels! Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a go!

Haven’t had a class with Ella before but it was great, she went at a smooth pace but explained modifications enough that as a sort-of newbie to yoga I was able to keep up.
