    The centre is big and the room was very spacious. The instructor was excellent. I am new to yoga and most people in the class were regulars so some of the moves were difficult but the instructor came around and advised how to correct my form when i was not able to do them correctly. There was a big emphasis on breath which I found important to remember when doing the moves. I explained my health issues at the start and he would provide adaptations which was super helpful.

    A great start to a Sunday morning. Class was challenging but do-able, with a higher amount of reps than usual. Lovely instructor who gave 1-2-1 attention to all six attendees, giving corrections and a wide range of variations to tailor the workout to whatever our bodies wanted at the time. Would recommend!

    So good to return to Arletas class after a long gap. Possibly the only boxing class in west London on Classpass and it is an excellent one. Arleta’s gym is very female friendly (not that it matters) and it’s so nice to start the week with a spicy boxing class with a bunch of nice ladies 🤩I feel strong and empowered. Very beginner friendly and suitable for all levels.
