    Staff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

    Alex was covering for the regular teacher for this slot, and while his style was different to Kim's, I nevertheless really enjoyed the physical and challenging flow of the class. A nice workout to set you up for the rest of the week.

    It's a crossfit-style weightlifting class with a bit of cardio at the end, but don't be intimidated if you're new. The teacher was very friendly and I appreciated that he took the time to teach me the correct techniques and moves a beginner. Would recommend!
