se alle anmeldelserLove this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

She has such a positive energy and is incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. Jennifer explains everything clearly, helps you build confidence, and makes sure everyone feels included regardless of their level. If you’re thinking about trying Aerial Hoop, I highly recommend taking a class with Jennifer. She made my first experience so enjoyable that I can’t wait to come back for more!
