se alle anmeldelserI have been taking cycle classes for 20 years, I’ve taken classes, including SoulCycle classes, all over the U.S. Viper’s class is the best one I have ever taken. The music was on point, he guided us perfectly through the workout and he didn’t scream into the microphone the whole time like a lot of cycle instructors do. I will definitely be attending his class every time I visit New York moving forward!

Marisa gives clear instructions for poses that you can follow whether you are new to yoga or more experienced. The class was very calming while still being fun and challenging. As a Black gworl, I was a lil concerned about the reviews but they were actually friendly to me. Not to take away from anyone’s experience either, just an observation.

Also there’s an additional $5 for an insurance (it’s optional but I got it anyway just in case something breaks during the ride). Overall a good deal for a full loop ride in the park.
