I get that people have bad days, but the vibe from the gentleman working was just not okay. I said hi when I put my mat down and got zero response, just an eye roll. Then a student accidentally pushed some mats and shut the door, and he proceeded to huff and puff and roll his eyes again. I’ve worked at multiple studios and know that students should always be treated with respect and kindness. Weird is fine I love weird! but weird, unkind energy isn't. I’ll be back for Monica, but the gentleman working was very unkind and should receive feedback. I will also say the space was beautiful.

After spending the entire day walking around New York and hitting nearly 27,000 steps, my body—especially my legs—was exhausted and in desperate need of some recovery. Aiden delivered exactly what I needed. He was incredibly skilled at finding and working through all of the tension and knots throughout my body, and I could immediately feel the difference. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic, striking the perfect balance between pressure and comfort. I went home afterward, completely relaxed, slept incredibly well, and woke up feeling refreshed, restored, and pain-free. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
