se alle anmeldelserThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

se alle anmeldelserIt was great beginner class. The space is intimate enough for the instructor to walk around and see if anyone needed help. She explained everything well. It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!

se alle anmeldelserJiYeong is an awesome instructor! lots of hands on adjustment and form correction. class was deceptively challenging (in a good way!), a great core workout, beginner friendly. the only class i’d wake up before 8am for. plenty of parking in the lot. wear grip socks!

Even though it's impossible to get the basics down right away she still makes sure you get up in the hoop, have fun and feel accomplished. Plus the warm up is great for former dancers and gymnasts. I finally feel like my body is getting the conditioning I've been missing out on in yoga and pilates. Great vibe from teachers and students alike. Highly recommend this gym!
