se alle anmeldelserThe class was very much needed to do what we hardly do in our daily lives and that is to slow down and pay attention to our bodies. I really liked this instructor specifically because although sometimes there’s a loud dance room next door, she maneuvered around it and taught us that life can be contradicting just as we’re mellowing out here in this space and right next door they’re having a party. I think that was really special to bring up and how we continued forward. Yoga/meditation can be done anywhere no matter your surroundings. Well taught!

I mentioned a back injury and she checked on me a few times, which I really appreciated. Easy parking, clean and spacious studio.
