I didn’t read anything like that in the description so I was expecting some adults like myself, only to find I was learning next to what looked to be a 5yr old, a very adorable one at that. Instructor was very friendly and sweet, lovely people in class. I went with the flow and found myself mimicking with no correction or guidance, so its great if you want an easy good vibing class, but if you are looking for technical training and deeper understanding, not sure if this is the right place. It gives a YMCA vibe, very casual and community style thinking.
