se alle anmeldelserRachel was super nice/ welcoming, even though I arrived RIGHT AT 10:00 😬 I appreciated the emphasis on finding what feels good for your own body and the various modifications throughout class—all without feeling overwhelming. Very helpful cues as well. Plus, the playlist for this class was 👌🏾🔥 Highly recommend Sunday Morning Magic for a nice, cleansing flow. Thank you, Heart Thread 🫶🏾
