I was received by Jenna on the reception desk and after signing my waiver and did the proper paper work, Jenna showed me the place and explained how the class was going to take place. I really enjoyed Rochelle, she kept the energy up and took time with me as it was my first time. The whole circuit is a good mix of boxing, strength, cardio, core and cool down. The place is spotless and so clean and organized. I highly recommended it and will definitely will keep going back.
