se alle anmeldelserI booked a massage & facial and they didn’t have my reservation in their system and were not able to accommodate me. Apparently their system “isn’t compatible with Class Pass” which makes no sense because they’re partnered with them? I ended up waiting 30 minutes to get only the facial but the woman at the front desk (Shane) and the aesthetician (Emmy) were beyond amazing and sweet! They made my experience better even though I was frustrated. I would go back just because of them! Emmy asked what my needs were, was gentle and I felt so relaxed through it!
