se alle anmeldelserI've never sweat this much in my entire life, really. Class was beginner friendly, the teacher was really helpful. Bathrooms are quite clean and there are several showers, a working hair dryer, but no towels. You also need to bring your own mat (and other than your personal small towel, a towel the size of your mat to protect it from sweat, ideally). My only feedback would be the lack of water dispenser that I so desperately need after 1,5hrs of burning.

se alle anmeldelserHad my first 90mins bikram here! The teacher was an Indian lady visiting Jakarta for a month this time, she was pleasant and motivating. I had to leave the class maybe 3x because I couldn't stand the heat, but the class was really transformative. My skin was really good after all that sweating and heat. Toned up my muscles too. Recommended.
