se alle anmeldelserI’ve been practicing Pilates for about 2 years, but I rarely attend classes that focus specifically on mobility and flexibility. This is a Mat Pilates class, mats provided too. The environment is super chill, nice breeze, comfortable temperature, and such a relaxing vibe. Don’t let that fool you though… the movements were def not easy 😂 I hardly ever work on pelvic mobility and opening, so this class really challenged me. I felt so much more released after the session. Definitely worth checking out! It’s an all-women’s class, and everyone was so warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Just one little tip: if possible, wear full-length leggings or yoga pants, as some of the movements involve sliding and swiping on the floor, so they’re much more comfortable than shorts. Bonus point: there are plenty of parking spaces around the area on weekend mornings, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. 💛

I especially appreciated her emphasis on proper breathing, which made every stretch feel more effective and easier to follow. Her instructions and cues were clear, making the flow of the class smooth and enjoyable. As always, I love the welcoming ambience at Glowco—it creates such a positive and relaxing environment to move and recharge.
