    It was fantastic. The coach really took the time to do a proper warm-up, focusing on all the joints we’d be using. We used the foam roller to target specific muscles more deeply, which was a game changer. The whole workout was super focused on protecting the joints, and at the end, he made sure we stretched properly. I 100% recommend this class for anyone with joint issues—or really, anyone at all, like me. I don’t have any issues, but I still like to keep them safe.

    Individualized Group Fitness

    This was my first time going back to strength training after a big injury and a lot of PT recovery, and Danny met me where I am then did just a little push farther in the right way. You walk in, get assigned a station that is yours for class, the instructor asks what you’d like to work on/what they need to know then builds you a well-rounded custom workout from there. Like everyone else said, great experience, will be back!
