But magically the dance workout in the heated room fixed my breathing problems. It’s a bit tough during the workout but after the workout I can breathe so freely outside. So amazing!

I personally wished a timer was used (with a buzzer sound) and/or reminder of reps each exercise were vocalized out loud. It’s hard to remember what to do with which exercise when ure new. Will try this class again :)
