    Strength Development Class

    I’m female who is new to lifting - would def recommend and def go back! Mike explained exercises clearly, was attentive to folks in class checking their form, and I like how his warmup including mobility movements (which helps to get me warmed up to workout after sitting at a desk all day).

    Great class. Fine cardio workout , low impact, rowing gentle on my delicate knees, extra bonus functions as a stretching class for lots of tight muscles with some weight work included. instructor Brandon was precise in his instructions while keeping a lively, encouraging pace. Heartily recommend!

    This was one of my favorite classes I've ever done at Row House. Will gave lots of instruction up front, I'm assuming there were some first timers there--seemed like it would be a great class/instructor for a beginner (and still quite challenging for someone who rows semi regularly). Will was fun and energetic throughout, and really pushed us. Excellent class. Oh, and the music was ON POINT.
