When he learned that it is my 3rd time to attend the chair class, even though the class is for beginners, he challenged me to do more. Can't wait to go back to his class!

se alle anmeldelserOpen Mat always gives a warm welcome. I love the top notch customer service from IG queries, the reception, up to the sanitation of the mats and locker room. Everything is clean, pleasant and so conducive to a stress-free practice. Enzo, the Yoga Instructor, takes the time to get to know the yoga journey of each student and adjusts the class accordingly. He provides options for the poses depending on what’s available to each student. This is my second class with him and I’m very satisfied again with what I achieved mentally, emotionally and physically afterwards. What a wonderful way to spend Saturday mornings!

The studio was clean, and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Coach Kris was also an amazing instructor. She clearly explained each exercise, including which muscles or areas it targets, which helped me understand the movements better. I honestly learned so much from her and really enjoyed the whole experience. I’ll definitely be booking another class at this studio! 🤍✨
