Nothing bad about the instructor but just want to warn you that the class is not beginner-friendly 😆 Or at least not for beginners who don’t work out at all and dont have flexibility in their limbs and joints yet. It was fast-paced and some of the poses are difficult. Something that felt more calming and healing for me was the Yin for all levels (not sure if i got it right) or the Hatha (more challenging than Yin but I remember I felt relaxed here). Tho that’s subjective. If you like challenging and fast-paced go book this one!

Her Thai massage is always a slay, paired with her scrubbing. She’s also very very accommodating and makes sure our needs and wants are met. It’s just that the place is small with no sound proof divisions or something so it could get noisy when people are talking even from the reception.
