I love the class format - you always know what’s coming next and how long you’ll be doing that movement. The classes fly by and I can feel myself getting stronger each week. The community is awesome as well!

se alle anmeldelserKara is an awesome instructor! She does a great job. I think the studio is kept much too cold for a barre class. It should be at least 70. It was set at 64. Barre isn’t a sweaty workout and the class was very easy, so I was freezing the entire time in socks and a sweatshirt and had muscle spasms due to the cold.

se alle anmeldelserGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

se alle anmeldelserI thought a 75 min yoga class would seem too long but it was a perfect duration. we were able to cover a wide range of poses and stretches. didn't feel rushed on the stretches which was good and some extra time in shivasana which was also nice. the space was spacious and instructor gave clear instructions with modifications and alternatives.

You work on poses and balance, cardio, core, legs and also use added weights.
