se alle anmeldelserI absolutely love both the Ballet Sculpt and Ballet classes! Ballet Sculpt takes all the best things about Pilates and leaves the bad things at the door. It’s the perfect beginner-friendly class, with plenty of feedback and step-by-step guidance so you actually learn what you’re doing. I also noticed I felt stronger in my ballet classes after doing Sculpt, which was such a bonus! My only request: more evening Ballet Sculpt classes, please! 🩰

Only difficulty was there was no instruction on how to enter - didn’t realise you had to wait outside till the class start time as the door is locked. Was about to leave when I couldn’t find the way in.
