se alle anmeldelserAnother student was recording their practice and I didn’t like that it was allowed in the studio. I’m not use to studios allowing phones in the yoga room, I’m new to Memphis so maybe it’s normal but I don’t like it. I’m not clear on if it’s really allowed or was just tolerated.

She takes the time to explain each movement, makes sure you have the proper form, and always encourages you to challenge yourself without feeling overwhelmed. You can truly tell that she cares about her clients and wants everyone to feel stronger and more confident. I always leave class feeling accomplished and refreshed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing Pilates instructor!
