YOGA | Flow Garage Open
se alle anmeldelserI love Pixi and her humor. Interesting transitions and a nice sequence for an all levels flow class. I’ve been taking classes with her for a long time and it’s so cool to see how much she’s grown as a Teacher as I live out of state now. The open garage was nice and left me feeling extra grateful for the good weather.

se alle anmeldelserTaking Madeline’s classes are like a big hug from a friend. This yin class was lovely and was paced perfectly. Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

se alle anmeldelserAmazing instructor - great playlist, asked for names and injuries and consent to give adjustments, provided great modifications to an expecting mom using a pregnancy wedge in my class. I was really impressed with her flow & personality! The air was also on today at 75 so it wasn’t as hot, and she dimmed the lights a bit. She even used heavier loads which I liked but adjusted as people needed.

se alle anmeldelserThe class was very good and challenging. I’m glad it was not heated because you don’t need it! You sweat regardless. She doesn’t arrive until the beginning of class time so you’ll need to wait in car out outside til she arrives. It’s a really nice and pleasant studio with great community vibes.
