se alle anmeldelserWonderful class! The sequence was thoughtful and challenging, but offered modifications for all levels. Gordon included meaningful sentiments throughout the practice as reminders about how yoga and breath can come off the mat with us. Cueing was so helpful. Felt great after!

She gives plenty of options for modifications and invites you to connect with your breath through each pose. I love her calm and light presence. Recommend this class for beginners or if your needing to slow down✨🫶🏼
