I went in with zero knowledge and Grace showed me all the basic movements before class and helped guide me through the workout to make sure I was doing everything properly. We did 3 minute rounds of kickboxing on each side with 1 minute of conditioning in between. I’m sad my watch was dead because I would’ve loved to see how many calories I burned😅😅

It started out with 15 mins of massage over the sheet then an oil massage which was lovely. Then comes the interesting part — the stretching. This part is INTENSE to the point of painful. This man moved my body and limbs in ways I didn’t know it could move. At times I was wincing in pain and had to tell him to ease up. To the point where I wondered if he was mad at me?? lol. My masseuse also tried to upsell me to 90 mins midway through which I was expecting given other reviews but felt kinda weird. Overall, I would return for a deep tissue massage without the stretching, but not for a Thai massage. Was too intense for me. The place is nice though, clean and friendly.

Scents were pleasant and not overbearing. Music was 90s slow jam covers which made me laugh at first but then I was into it haha. Basically no chatting or talking at all, but I’d prefer that to a massage therapist who talks too much so also not a complaint. Very professional. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
