I love that there is never any pressure and you get what you need. I always feel alignment is important in her classes. Also I always feel like I take away a nugget of something special mentally. se alle anmeldelserOh my goodness! The experience I had in Kiya’s class today was simply incredible. The movements were challenging, but they were also incredibly fun. I felt a deep connection with my body and the music. The playlist was absolutely fantastic, with every song being a 10 out of 10. From the moment I entered the studio to the moment I left, I felt completely immersed in the music and the energy of the class. The instructor had a warm and welcoming presence, and the studio was clean and inviting. I felt like I was part of a community that truly valued and appreciated the art of yoga sculpt. Unfortunately, since I’m only a class passer, I don’t have any ties to the studio, but I hope that will change in the future. I’m already looking forward to seeing Kiya more often at this location.

Strictly based on the class itself, I gave it 5 stars - however feedback that I do want to leave is that class started 9 minutes late. I work remote and that extra nine minutes is the difference that it makes for me to be late or on time for my meeting. I would just think a studio that is so strict with not letting people into class once it’s past the 5 minute mark would practice what they preach. Totally understand stuff happens, which is why I didn’t vote it less stars, but just something to be considerate of for your students.

My only feedback would be to have demos before the moves, a lot of the time they were just called out and when I am sweating and out of breath, it can be hard to comprehend the moves verbal queue alone. Overall, really enjoyed this split and will be back for more core!
