It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Loved the cold eucalyptus towels after. I could see some people not liking that you can hear everything going on outside your room but you can turn on the TV and the speakers go directly into the cabin.
