Coach was super nice & helped us out with form & everything. He’s very passionate in what he does & even took the time to explain everything. It’s a family business, which is nice! Highly recommend!

se alle anmeldelserAime was the instructor, and this was a great class. I loved that it was challenging but people could make it less challenging for themselves. I also really appreciate that we didn't take very frequent or long breaks for demos because we were able to maintain some momentum and get good at each set before moving onto another. I think it would be helpful to pair the footwork with a little handwork (just to make it more intuitive and realistic). Awesome workout.

I felt so empowered after and more confident in my ability to defend myself after just one class. Absolutely will be coming back and highly recommend it to any woman.
